1. SoCal Real Services provides property management and real estate consulting under the oversight of the California Department of Real Estate (DRE). All real estate services are conducted under California Real Estate License #02194807.
We comply with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, source of income, or any other protected class under California law is strictly prohibited.
• All tenant security deposits are held in accordance with California Civil Code §1950.5.
• Deposits are never commingled with company operating funds.
• Tenants receive a written itemized statement and refund of unused funds within 21 days of move-out.
We provide all disclosures required by California law, including but not limited to:
• Lead-based paint (for homes built before 1978)
• Known mold or environmental hazards
• Pest control services
• Registered sex offender database notice (California Penal Code §2079.10a)
• Utility allocation policies (if shared between units)
SoCal Real Services follows the California Code of Civil Procedure for all lease terminations and evictions. Notices are properly served, and tenants are provided their full rights under the law.
We maintain all required local business licenses, permits, and filings, ensuring compliance with municipal and state requirements.
